I have heard of this place for years and never got here until now. It was either the wrong day or some other reason.

Once I walked in, I new it was my kind of place as I immediately met Freddie (the dog) and Jackie (the bartender) who is far from a dog.

The restaurant/bar sits on the Sacramento River in Sacramento on The Garden Highway. They have great food and even offer cioppino 2 days a week.
